Description
The course is designed to keep American Legal Practitioners overseas abreast of several important areas of the law. The first day will be devoted to the Anti-trust laws, the Foreign Corrupt Practices laws, and the professional challenges relating to ethics faced by attorneys. The second day will focus on intellectual property, including prosecution and litigating with respect to patents, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights. The third day will deal with worldwide technology licensing. The three speakers combined have over 75 years of successful practice in their respective areas of expertise.
*Attendees are requested to bring a set of their company literature relevant to technology and licensing, including their most recent Annual Report and print-outs of their web sites.
