It is hypothesized that throughout our life span our skin is
exposed to a continuous environmental and endogenous
insult that results in sub chronic inflammation. This
inflammation is activating the immune system and through
different mechanisms accelerates aging. This intensive, oneday
course is designed to go through the major changes
occurring in the different layers of the skin when it ages, the
types of skin inflammatory reactions and the possible link
between the two.
