Kathleen A. Razi, Ph.D., LISW, LPCC-S is President of Razi
& Associates, an international consulting and training firm,
serving individual and corporate clients in business, education,
health care, manufacturing and social services.
Dr. Razi has more than twenty years of expertise in business
consulting, instructing other courses for CfPA such as
Enhancing Creativity and Innovation within Your Organization.
In addition to her counseling and consulting practice, Dr. Razi
currently serves (or has served) on the Adjunct Faculty of
Baldwin-Wallace College, (MBA Program), Ursuline College,
(Master of Management) Capital University-Cleveland Center,
(Adult Degree Program), Kent State University (PhD and
Master’s Program) and Lake Erie College (MBA Program).
She has authored and presented numerous articles on
business and career topics at professional meetings and
conferences.
Dr. Razi holds a Certificate in Creative Studies from
Buffalo State College; Certification in Mediation and
Conflict Management from the Center for Applied Conflict
Management, Kent State University; a Ph.D. in Counseling
and Human Development Services from Kent State University
with Concentration in Organization Development and Career
Development; an M.S. degree in Social Administration from
Case Western Reserve University, and a B.A. degree in
Psychology from Russell Sage College. She is also a graduate
of the Organization and System Development Program of the
Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
Dr. Razi is listed in Who’s Who in the Midwest, Who’s Who
Among Human Service Professionals, Women Executives,
Two Thousand Notable Women, and International Who’s Who
of Professional and Business Women. She is a Licensed
Professional Clinical Counselor, a Licensed Independent Social
Worker, Diplomate in Clinical Social Work and a member of
the Academy of Certified Social Workers. She is a member of
numerous professional organizations, and has served on
the Board of Trustees of several non-profit organizations.
