Patrick Laden is presently CEO of J.P. Technologies a graphic arts consulting firm. Previous positions include Vice President
Technical Operations at Atlantic Printing Inks, General
Manager for Kohl & Madden's Fluid Ink Group, Technical
Director of INX International, Technical Manager of United
States Bronze Powders Pigment Division, Technical Director
of Color Technologies and Branch Manager of the Thiele-
Engdahl South Plainfield Ink Plant.
An alumnus of Arkansas College and Kean College of New
Jersey, Mr. Laden has written numerous technical articles for
journals and books both national and international.
Patrick Laden's past accomplishments include: Past President
of the New York Printing Ink Association, featured speaker at
the New York Pigment Association, lectures at Flexographic
Technical Association consortiums, and has taught at the
National Printing Inks Association advanced summer course at
Lehigh University. Mr. Laden currently lectures several times a
year on the subject of Inks and Printing for two college
certified courses. These courses are conducted both in the
US and in Europe.
Mr. Laden's latest contribution to the industry includes a
benchmark technical book, Chemistry and Technology of
Water Based Inks, published by Chapman and Hall. He is now
working on his latest book, Water and Solvent Based
Flexographic Ink Systems, soon to be published by Jelmar
Publications.
Patrick Laden is featured in the Millennium edition of
Lexington's Who's Who, and has appeared as an expert
witness for the US Government and law firms.
