Description
In acknowledgement of recent scientific findings and changes in external hygiene that are dictated by life style and microbial resistance challenges, there is a need to revisit product development of skin antiseptics. This 90-minute accredited online course will describe key aspects of these findings and changes. It discusses presence of micro flora, effectiveness of antiseptics, general and specific mechanisms of action and effects on skin barrier properties.
