Description
This 90-minute accredited online training course is designed to provide insight into the US regulatory control and
management over the use of pesticides, biocides & preservatives in consumer products. It provides a review of the
federal pesticide laws and regulations including FIFRA, FFDCA, etc. Discussions will include how these relevant laws
and regulations interact, the current integrated pesticide management program, registration requirements, compliance
and enforcement. Practical case studies will be given to provide a US-EU comparison and contrast on regulatory
controls over pesticides.
