Description
Western society diet has already been proven to lead to overweight and mal nutrition. Many people eat too much of the wrong food. Not only does this lead to heavy weight and a variety of chronic diseases but also to lack of nutrients in the blood and organs. It often takes time for a disease to be sensed and diagnosed in internal organs; however, many skin disorders and the skin overall appearance can provide early hints to internal conditions and deficiencies. In addition, sub chronic inflammatory conditions that are associated with lack of nutrients can lead to accelerated skin aging.

This 90-minute accredited online course will review the different nutrients required for healthy skin appearance as well as deficiencies that can lead to chronic skin disorders. This training will include opportunities for learning assessment.
