Frank Granito, President, FSH Solutions
In the course of his career, Frank Granito has owned six companies; president of four, vice-president of three, and responsible for business
development, strategic planning and corporate training.
Mr. Granito has been a proponent of Lean Methodology for over 20 years. In a highly industrial environment, he has seen a company reduce
their lead times by 50%, while increasing profitability.
In a consumer product driven industry, he experienced a 75% reduction in production costs and waste, while increasing product acceptance and
profits. In all instances of Lean implementation, the capital expenditure was highly insignificant.
He has been personally involved in sales of nearly a half billion dollars and his clients range from some of the smallest companies in North
America, to some of the largest, with revenues in the billions. He has worked for companies with less than 100 employees and companies with
over 250,000 and has consulted with state and federal agencies, on both large and small projects.
As president of FSH Solutions, Mr. Granito uses his expertise in business development, strategic planning and corporate training to improve the
overall performance of companies.
Mr. Granito received his Graduate Degree, magna cum laude, from NYU and has extended studies in Strategic Planning, Mergers and
Acquisitions, Crisis Management and Exit Strategies.
