Skin layers- basic structure and properties: Stratum corneum and epidermis; Dermis; Hypodermis

Major structural and biochemical changes occurring with skin aging: Stratum corneum, its lipids and pathways for penetration; Epidermis; Dermis- collagen and elastin network

Photo aging vs. chronological aging: Wrinkles; Pigmentation

Changes at the molecular and cellular levels: MMP's; Cell senescence

Common approaches in cosmetic products to address skin aging

Testing methodologies:
In vitro; In vivo
